Production Details 100% Chenin Blanc from dry-farmed bushvines planted between 1971 and 1985 on pure decomposed granite at 300-350m elevation in Paardeberg. Whole-cluster-pressed and settled overnight. Aged half in cement egg and half in foudres for 12 months. No fining, no filtration, no new oak. No yeasts, no enzymes, no acidification, no sulphur before ferment, no blocking malo, no manipulation.
