Production Details Made in the traditional Provence Style Blanc de Noir winemaking. Red wine grapes used with intentionally limited skin contact of 3 hours during pressing. Whole bunch pressing - gentle method with grapes left on stems. Creates soft, delicate feel and attractive color. Aged on fine lees for 4 months.
