Production Details Made in a traditional 'Blanc de noir' style, white wine made from red grapes. Good winter rains which hint at the return to normality after the drought. The season started well with favourable growing conditions which produced impressive crop. Wines are showing very well with good acidities and a wonderful fruit expressions from the moderate to cool ripening period.
