Production Details Trellised vines on the farm Naby in the Bovlei Valley; well-drained weathered granite soils originating from the granite pluton of the Groenberg Mountain and surrounding hills; hand-picked, hand-sorted and destemmed; 2 days of cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation; regular pump-overs during fermentation; 3 weeks on skins before pressing; 18 months in 20% French oak with 2nd and 3rd fill barrels; 10% of the wine matured in terracotta amphora for 18 months; matured for a couple of months after blending.
