Production Details Hand-picked in the early morning, destemmed and lightly crushed; regular punch downs during fermentation; a few days on skins before basket pressing; 18 months in a combination of new French oak and 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill barrels; matured a further 3 months after blending. 2017 was a very early harvest with lower yields, smaller berries and concentrated flavours in dry conditions.

Palate: luscious fruit concentration, good tannin structure, lingering finish
