Production Details Planted on south-west facing, well-drained decomposed granite soils on the farm Naby in the Bovlei; hand-picked, hand-sorted, destemmed and lightly crushed; 2 days of cold maceration before fermentation; regular punch downs during fermentation; 3 weeks on skins before pressing; 18 months in 20% new French oak with 2nd and 3rd fill barrels; matured for a few months after blending.
