Production Details The 2022 vintage was made through careful barrel selection. A mild season allowed slow ripening and vibrant flavour development. Grapes were handpicked and sorted, then fermented naturally in open French oak foudres with gentle punch-downs. After pressing, the wine spent 19 months in French oak barrels, using a mix of new, second-fill, and third-fill barrels. Only 10 barrels were selected for the final release.
