Production Details Blend from 13.4 hectares of Chardonnay vineyards. Fermentation breakdown: 16% stainless steel tank, 41% in 2500l oak foudré, 8% in concrete egg, 35% in older 300l French oak barrels. All wines fermented spontaneously and aged on lees for 8 months. Release date: January 2024.
