Production Details The estate has 13.4 hectares of Chardonnay planted at 320-385 meters above sea level. This wine is a blend of several estate Chardonnay components from vineyards aged 8-15 years. It fermented in stainless steel tank, oak vats, and concrete egg. All wines fermented naturally and aged on the lees for 10 months before blending, stabilization, and bottling.
