Production Details 4,911 cases (x6). Grapes from different blocks fermented separately. 35% fermented in 2500L foudres, remainder in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation stopped on portion of wine and blended back for natural off-dry fruitiness. Rest fermented dry and left on fine lees. Selected yeast strains used. Grapes harvested 24-28 February to 13 March.
