Production Details 1,780 cases (x12). Released November 2021. Most grapes from 12-year and 34-year-old blocks with small percentage from other blocks. Grapes from different blocks fermented separately. 45% fermented in large 2500L oval oak vats. Fermentation stopped on portion of wine and blended back for natural sweetness. Rest fermented dry and left on fine lees for complexity. Vineyard and cellar sorting to eliminate rot.
