Production Details Grapes from different blocks fermented separately. 15% fermented in 2500L Stockinger vats. Fermentation stopped on portion of wine and blended back for natural sweetness. Rest fermented dry and left on fine lees for complexity. Vineyard and cellar sorting to eliminate rot.
