Production Details Only best-quality free-run juice used. Intriguing blend of barrel-matured and fresh, crisp tank-fermented Sauvignon Blanc. Approximately 30% wild yeast-fermented, aged up to 12 months in predominantly older French oak barrels with some French acacia barrels for complexity and depth. Remainder fermented in stainless steel tanks. Hand-harvested from carefully selected prime vineyards in cool early morning hours.
