Production Details 60% Groenekloof Shiraz, 40% Piekenierskloof Grenache. 30% whole bunch fermentation. Initial fermentation in stainless steel tanks with series of punch-downs and pump-overs until dry. 14 months oak aging (25% 1st fill, 50% 3rd fill, 25% neutral). Bottled September 2022. Yield: 3–6.5 tons/ha.
