Production Details Multi-vineyard blend from Groenekloof and Piekenierskloof. Grapes were harvested between 24.5 and 25.5°B with total acid of 7 g/L and pH 3.4. Yield: 3-6.5 tons/ha. Fermentation initiated in stainless steel tanks with punch-downs and pump-overs until dry. 30% whole-bunch fermentation. Aged 14 months in 500 L French oak barrels: 25% 1st fill, 50% 3rd fill, 25% neutral oak.
