Production Details Grapes hand-harvested early morning from single vineyard planted 1978. Old low-yielding bush vines on decomposed granite soils with clay base. Whole bunch pressed, juice clarified naturally. Spontaneous fermentation in 400L French oak barrels: 6% new oak, balance neutral oak. Barrels rolled monthly for 9 months. Bottled January 2024.
