Production Details From an old single vineyard planted in 1976 on the farm Bergendal. These old bush vines produce large bunches with small loose berries. Grapes are picked once they are gold and ripe, then tumbled in tank for a hint of skin contact. The wine is fermented spontaneously on full lees and aged in neutral oak barrels for an additional 12 months before bottling.
