Production Details Dryland bushvines planted in 1964, ungrafted and unirrigated, from the Piekenierskloof plateau over 600 metres above sea level. Hand-harvested fruit was whole-cluster pressed, fermented naturally in 2,500L foudres and 400L clay amphorae, with 2% whole-bunch fermentation. The wine rested for nine months without sulphur before a final SO2 addition.
