Production Details Grapes were hand-harvested from late February to March and carefully selected using optical sorting. Fermented in stainless steel with gentle pump-overs and extended skin contact, only the free-run wine was retained. Select parcels completed malolactic fermentation in new French oak, before all components were blended and matured for 18 months in 225L barrels (47% new). Early blending ensured a seamless and harmonious final expression.

Production Details Handpicked grapes, meticulously sorted, were fermented in stainless steel with extended skin contact for optimal colour and flavour. Only free-run wine was selected, ageing for 18 months in 225L French oak barrels, 51% of which were new.

Production Details Using an optic sorter to sort the berries resulted in excellent colour density. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel, followed by extended skin contact, with regular pump overs for gentle extraction of colour and flavour from the skins. Thereafter selected tanks completed malolactic fermentation in new French oak and the remainder in stainless steel, followed by maturation in barrel. Matured for 18 months in 225 L French oak barrels, of which 43% was new wood, 45% second fill and the remainder third fill barrels.

Matured for 18 months in 225L French oak barrels of which 30% was new wood and the remainder second and third fill barrels.
