Production Details Flight Farm’s parcel of cabernet franc, now 20 years old, is entering early adulthood with grace. The cool clime it calls home, on the fertile koffieklip outcrop in the southwestern quadrant of Elgin, becomes more impressionable each vintage. A cuvée from the middle two of four picks, fermented with whole clusters and aged in old 500 litre French casks, Flight Farm 2023 is the most expressive yet.
