Production Details A quintessential cabernet franc from a cool climate. Flight Farm in Elgin showed promise right from when we first met. It has concentrated flavours of blackberry and plum. The capsicum aroma, with the summery and fleshy fruit profile also has a peppercorny greenness to it. As it has aged, the tannins have become silkier. The inherent coolness from this lovely part of the Overberg shines bright.
