Production Details This premium Sauvignon Blanc is made from a selection of grapes from Shannon's top-performing Elgin vineyards. It is named after the peak above the vineyards. The grapes are allowed time on the vine for optimal extraction from the terroir, resulting in a mature flavour profile with a fuller mouthfeel and elegant acidity.
