Production Details Fruit was manually harvested from one hectare of dry-farmed, untreated vines under non-certified organic cultivation. Whole bunches underwent traditional Beaujolais-style carbonic maceration for 10 days in stainless steel without added SO₂ or yeast. The wine matured for 11 months in stainless-steel tanks and was partly filtered and lightly sulfited at bottling.
