Production Details Freshly pressed Pinot Noir juice from the 2020 vintage was combined with eau de vie distilled from estate grapes; its sweetness comes naturally from the press juice. It was aged in barrel for four years and bottled by hand.
Tasting Notes Subtly sweet and well-balanced, with a velvety texture and notes of cooked stone fruit, small red berries and warm brown spice.
