Production Details The estate's 0.0996-hectare parcel lies at 280–310 m and is Guyot-trained. Grapes are harvested and sorted manually, with 35% destemming, punch-down during fermentation and no enzyme treatment. Maturation lasts 16 months in oak barrels that are 2–8 years old, with no new barrels.
