Production Details Grapes were picked manually and sorted on a vibrating table. Must underwent static cold settling for 12–24 hours in stainless steel. Maturation lasted 14–16 months in stainless steel, with possible time in French-oak barrels; the wine was racked twice and bottled at the end of autumn.
Tasting Notes Light-green tinges; ripe citrus, white flowers, white peach and pear; rich and round with vibrant acidity, mineral and saline notes, and exceptional length.
