Production Details The 2024 red-wine protocol used whole-bunch fermentation in CO2-saturated vats with native yeasts and no SO2 addition during fermentation, followed by gentle pigeage once or twice daily. The wines matured for 16–17 months and were moved entirely by gravity without pumps. The vintage report gives September 12 as the estate-level harvest date, not a cuvée-specific picking date.
