Production Details High-slope parcel beside Cros Parantoux and above Richebourg; 10,000 vines/ha, rootstock 161-49 and environmentally respectful, sustainable cultivation. Sorted whole clusters were vinified without added SO2, with twice-daily pigeage. Élevage lasted 16 months on lees in pièces under reductive conditions, without racking, with remuage and without added SO2 during maturation. Vinmonopolet separately reports finished-wine “Syre” of 5.3 g/L but does not state the analytical basis, so this observation is not proposed as canonical total_acidity_gl.
Tasting Notes Producer: rich and elegant, with a dense, silky palate; blackberry, rosehip, cherry, dog rose, violet, iris, liquorice and sandalwood. Vinmonopolet: dark and forest berries, forest floor, spice and spicy oak tones; firm, structured and concentrated.
