Production Details Old vines planted at about 10,000 vines/ha; reported yield is approximately 30–40 hL/ha. Grapes were manually harvested and rigorously sorted, then whole clusters were vatted without SO2. Twice-daily punch-downs continued for nearly three weeks. Alcoholic fermentation used indigenous yeasts without artificial temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation in pièces. Maturation lasted nearly 16 months in Burgundian pièces under reductive conditions, without racking, stirring or sulfur.
Tasting Notes Rose, hawthorn, orchid and raspberry; exceptionally fine and floral, with a long finish
