Production Details Estate-wide 2021 context, not a Les Jarolières lot specification: harvest ran from 23–29 September; cold pre-fermentation maceration generally lasted 10 days and, for a couple of wines, 12 days; four separate bottlings were completed by December, with timing adapted to the individual wines.
Tasting Notes Bill Nanson, tasted 21 April 2023: high-toned and lightly herbal aromatics with finesse; a broad, clear palate with some structure, added mid-palate and finishing depth, a suggestion of cream and good energy.
