2022 Technical Specifications

Alcohol 12.5%
Grape Varieties 100% Pinot Noir
Region Les Charmots
Production Details Format-specific 2022 records both report sugar below 3 g/L, but the 750 mL record reports acidity of 3.7 g/L while the 1.5 L record reports 4.4 g/L. The analytical basis is unstated and the acidity values conflict by bottle format, so neither acidity nor the bounded sugar value is promoted to a numeric canonical field.
Tasting Notes 750 mL release: dark and red berries with spice and vanilla; balanced and full-bodied with ripe tannins
