Production Details Fine-type Pinot Noir on rootstock 161-49, planted at 10,000 vines/ha and cultivated sustainably. Sorted whole clusters are vinified without added SO2, with twice-daily pigeage for 2 weeks and indigenous alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation takes place in pièces. The wine matures on its lees in pièces under reductive conditions, without racking, with lees agitation and without added SO2 during the stated 17-month maturation.
Tasting Notes Elegant, fleshy and structured; suave, complex and fresh, with fruit, floral, licorice and sandalwood notes.
