Soil Clay-limestone soil with abundant small stones

Production Details Fruit came from two Chardonnay parcels. Terra Vert’s producer-level note for the 2020 white wines states that the small, ripe berries were foot-crushed; pressing took 6–7 hours, settling took 12 hours, and fermentation proceeded without temperature control so the indigenous yeasts could work freely. These process details are explicitly presented for the producer’s 2020 white-wine population rather than repeated in the individual Ladoix product row.
Tasting Notes Elegant with ample fruit; peach and rose aromas; fresh, elongated palate; not heavy despite the warm year
