The wine was fermented and aged in stainless-steel tanks, and Bowler lists the release as organic. SAQ recommends serving it at 8–10°C.
Tasting Notes Nectarine, thyme, lemon, apple, mineral and shellfish notes, with vegetal/herbaceous and saline nuances; lively acidity, light body and a delicate palate.
