Production Details Traditional-method Champagne with secondary fermentation in bottle. The detailed seller specification reports at least 42 months on lees in Pommery's Gallo-Roman chalk quarries, 30 metres underground; Crombé reports a release-dependent 2–5 years sur lattes. Crombé recommends serving at 6–8°C. These ranges and lower bounds are retained as text rather than converted into exact day or serving-temperature fields. The product allergen declaration reports sulphur dioxide/sulphites above 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/L, but this is not converted to sulfites_ppm because it is a lower bound with alternative measurement bases.
Tasting Notes Apple, passion fruit, supple and complex palate, numerous fine bubbles, persistent finish, and a refreshing mineral character
