Production Details The Mischer’Traxler release is a limited-edition presentation of the Belle Epoque 2007 vintage cuvée, matured for six years in the House cellars. An exact-release trade specification further describes maturation in white chalk cellars and reports a Brut dosage range of 6–12 g/L; the dosage remains text because the source supplies a range rather than one exact value.
Tasting Notes Delicate white appearance; magnolia, honeysuckle and citrus aromas with ripe pear, peach and a mineral accent; white-fleshed fruit and almond-milk notes; fresh, persistent finish.
Food Pairing Aperitif or the beginning of a meal
