Production Details Current release: minimum ageing of 3 years; up to 15% reserve wines, themselves made from 100% Chardonnay; fruit selected across 15 crus in the Côte des Blancs, northern Montagne de Reims, Sézannais and Vitryat, including Cramant, Avize, Chouilly, Trépail and Villers-Marmery. Tasting Notes Pale gold with green hints; lively and luminous. Aromas of elderberry, acacia, honeysuckle and tangy citrus, with lingering freshness and a smooth, mellow finish.
Food Pairing Sea bass, striped bass, oysters, almonds, mangetouts, foie gras with honey, Granny Smith apples and white plums.
