Production Details The NV cuvée blends wines from around 50 crus sourced across the Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs. It contains up to 15% reserve wines, receives a dosage of 8–10 g/L, ages for a minimum of 3 years, and is recommended for service at around 10°C.
Tasting Notes Silvery gold; floral aromas with fresh fruit, buttery brioche and vanilla; crisp and light, with freshness and a lingering rich, generous finish.
Food Pairing Chicken breast, cod, young leeks, poached pears, grapefruit, Magao pepper, polenta and king scallops.
