Production Details 85% of the Pinot Noir was vinified as white wine and 15% as traditionally macerated red wine; this is a blended rosé made from one plot.
Tasting Notes Rose-gold with copper reflections; strawberry tart, almond paste, dried and candied fruit, hazelnut and raisin aromas; broad and vibrant palate with frangipane cream, crêpe Suzette, panettone with glacé fruit, freshly cut and roasted orange, kumquat and redcurrant; long finish.
Food Pairing Braised lamb shank in tomato and red-wine sauce; chicory salad with pecorino and anchovies; roast chicken with olives and potatoes; or linguine with artichoke hearts and garlic.
