Tasting Notes Bright golden colour; aromas of toast, caramel, cocoa and unsweetened dark chocolate; round and vivid palate with toffee apple, lightly candied citrus and smooth lemon; very long, mouth-watering, chiselled finish with delicate bitterness.
Food Pairing Spiced lamb tajine; grilled octopus; mussels marinière; sweet-potato mash with nutmeg; aged Parmesan.
