Production Details Historical release contexts: a non-vintage bottle disgorged in July 2002 was described as wine from the 1997 harvest, matured in wood and kept sur lattes—bottle-stacked on laths—for 48 months. Separate market records identify a 12-bottle lot disgorged in September 2001 and a one-bottle lot disgorged in 2003. These dates and the 1997 harvest attribution are release-specific and are not generalized to every NV bottling.
Tasting Notes COMMUNOVIN note for the July 2002-disgorged bottle: yellow-gold colour; very fine, lively and abundant mousse; restrained wood with dried-fruit and cut-flower aromas; full, rich palate balanced by tangy notes.
