Production Details Base-2020 750ml release: hand-harvested fully ripe fruit; fermented and aged exclusively in tank; 36 months on lees. Bibendum's labeled release specification gives a July 2024 disgorgement and 1 g/L dosage, while the embedded Wine Advocate note describes the same 50% 2020/30% 2019/20% 2018 composition as disgorged in September 2024 at 1 g/L. These appear to be separate disgorgements or a source discrepancy and should not be collapsed.
Tasting Notes Orange zest, red apple and spices; full-bodied, ample and textural, with succulent acidity and a rich fruit core
