Production Details Release-specific context: the base-2020 blend was vinified in wood/barrel and aged for four years in the cellar before the Bibendum-listed July 2025 disgorgement, with 2 g/L dosage. For base 2019, Bibendum documents a bottling in 2020, July 2024 disgorgement, 48 months on lees and 2 g/L dosage; Skurnik documents another base-2019 bottling disgorged in October 2024 with 1 g/L dosage, indigenous yeast, no malolactic fermentation, barrel fermentation and maturation with 10% new oak, 48 months on lees, and no fining or filtration. The base-2018 release was bottled in 2019, spent 48 months on lees, and was disgorged in July 2023 with 2 g/L dosage. Bibendum’s base-2019 year percentages are published as 50/30/30 and total 110%; Skurnik instead supplies a coherent 50/30/20 split.
