Harvest Dates Harvest commenced 2015-09-20

Production Details The grapes were selected at harvest and the wine was raised completely in barrel. Bibendum’s 750 ml release was bottled in 2016, aged 96 months on lees, disgorged in July 2024 and dosed at 1 g/L. A separate Wine Advocate review reproduced by Skurnik reports an October 2024 disgorgement, also at 1 g/L; the two disgorgement contexts are therefore retained rather than generalized across the vintage.
