Sites Plateau de la Cornasse, located between Beauroy and Côte de Léchet
Production Details Wine Advocate's accompanying producer-level account of Patrick Piuze's 2022 approach—not an explicit cuvée-specific specification—describes hand-harvested grapes, firm pressing in old Vaslin presses, fermentation in used barrels and stainless steel, comparatively short sur-lie élevage and early bottling.
Tasting Notes Wine Advocate (September 2023): green apple, white flowers, toasted nuts, youthful reduction, a fleshy and satiny palate, and a penetrating saline finish. Burghound (October 2023): apple, mineral reduction, tidal-pool character, and plump, round, fleshy flavors. Vinous (September 2023): orange blossom, wet stone, pressed flowers, crisp acidity, spice, and a cool, linear profile.
