Production Details The vendor recommends serving at 10–12°C and describes brief lees maturation. Tasting Notes Wine Advocate (September 2023): pear, white flowers, toasted hazelnuts and oyster jus; medium- to full-bodied, bright and satiny, with layered fruit and a saline finish. Burghound (October 2023): firm reduction, powerful concentration, pronounced minerality and an austere, long, balanced, crisp finish. Vinous (September 2023): white peach, almond and tangerine, with citrus, pear and orange rind on a well-defined palate.
