Production Details The release comes from one hectare. Grapes were harvested manually and carefully sorted. The producer describes whole-cluster vinification followed by traditional punch-downs, while the supplementary domaine-authored technical information calls the process traditional Burgundian maceration. The wine matured for 12 months in oak barrels.
