Production Details Fruit came from Trottacker-Forst and old-vine sites in Ribeauvillé, plus Haguenau, Pflaenzer, Grand Cru Altenberg and old vines in Bergheim. The 2023 season combined a mild, dry winter, spring rain, warm and dry early summer conditions, mid-July rain and cooling, late-August heat and cool nights from mid-September. Grapes were selected at maturity and vinified dry; the regimen specifically avoided long lees aging.
Tasting Notes Vivacious and elegant; citrus fruit, white flowers, mineral complexity, crisp texture and a long saline finish.
