Production Details Riesling sourced mainly from the Bollenberg lieu-dit and the Saering, Kessler, and Kitterle terroirs. Slow pneumatic pressing and static settling, then fermentation in temperature-controlled foudre for 1 to 4 months. Aged on lees for 6 to 8 months.
