Production Details The Sauvignon Blanc fermented at 13.5–15°C with native yeasts in stainless-steel tanks and was held for one month pending blending. Whole-cluster-pressed Semillón fermented with native yeasts in old neutral barrels, remained there for one month without oxidation protection and underwent partial malolactic fermentation. After blending, the wine matured for five months in old neutral barrels, was lightly filtered and bottled. The vineyard has a temperate Mediterranean climate. Recommended serving temperature is 12–14°C, and decanting is unnecessary.
Tasting Notes Aromatically complex, with wet-stone, ripe-citrus and fresh-herb notes; soft texture, generous fruit, firm acidity, and a harmonious, long finish
